I rarely write in my spiral journal anymore... I can get more out quicker if I type it, so that's what I usually do. Sometimes, though, when I don't feel like sitting at the computer or I'm not at home, I will write in it. Usually it's been weeks or months since the last time.

I just opened it up, and I haven't written in it since July... Hardly anything is the same now as it was then.
